Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely obsessed with your Rogue + Wolf gear, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mystical accessories and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
